Nobody says diabetes is a new tenure in this busy world. The ratio of it’s increase is high even also children have started affecting and aware as “life killing” health condition. Diabetes, which is response of increased sugar level high in short period in blood or hyperglycemia. Due to vast spread everybody very well aware about its signs and symptoms and cause. When someone’s insulin producing capacity become low or stops to produce.

Two types of Diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is called as insulin-dependent or juvenile-onset diabetes. This category mainly found in children. Children mainly involved its because of auto-immune reaction of the defense orgasm of cell response to produce insulin. Type 2 diabetes known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes/adult-diabetes. People over 40 age suffer this disease due to obesity. Type 2 diabetes capture 80% of total population in the world. In the age between 35 to 40 people become lazy or doing less physical activities.

Various researchers said, activeness, lifestyle and diet are major cause of involving in diabetes. The symptoms and signs shows once the sugar level rise in the blood, urination frequently, thirsty feeling excessive, feeling hungry excessive( want to eat food again even taking meal). If you realize frequent urination, may it indicate first sign of diabetes, it happens due to glucose increase in the body. Kidney filtration process showing red signs if insulin is not present. They start take more water from blood. Hence bladder keeps water filling frequently as result you free urination frequently. Due to more time urinating and dehydrated, you drink more water, result, the body pull out more water from blood vessel.

In one word I can give advice to take prevention step in early stage, not in later stage that means when facing seriously unwanted hazards. Balanced diet, healthy lifestyle and control on everyday habit are the only solutions to prevent diabetes. Take meals on time. You should take morning breakfast, healthy lunch and good dinner. Avoid sleeping in late night & waking up early morning. Morning walking is the perfect exercise to kill and prevent diabetes and other disease like heart diseases. People (age 45-45) need to spend 45 minutes on walking daily.
